About Saskia

At Sussex Respiratory Physiotherapy, I specialise in providing exceptional care and personalised respiratory physiotherapy services. My mission is to enhance public health through dedicated and compassionate service, focusing on improving the quality of life for individuals with respiratory challenges.

Saskia Edwards

Saskia is a specialist respiratory physiotherapist with over 10 years experience. Her passion for her chosen speciality has led her to work in a variety of clinical settings including the world renowned Royal Brompton Hospital.

 

She has specialist skills in treating adults and children with a variety of complex respiratory conditions. In particular, she has a keen interest in breathing pattern dysfunction, complex airway clearance, chronic cough and upper airway dysfunction. She also runs pulmonary rehabilitation classes. Saskia also works in the NHS treating patients with asthma and other chronic lung conditions.

 

In addition to her clinical experience, Saskia has a passion for teaching and has experience in lecturing physiotherapy and medical students and has undertaken post graduate masters module.

 

In her personal time, Saskia enjoys tap dancing, playing her violin in a local orchestra and crochetting,
